The College of Education and Health Professions now uses RedDot content manager to organize the college website. This allows departments to easily and quickly update their news, faculty/staff/GA information, and other content. After editing, pages are submitted to a short approval chain before publication. RedDot provides a way for non-developers to edit text and images. End users can link and upload files with news items and articles without having special software.
Each department has at least one person who is responsible for updating department and program pages in RedDot. It is important that copyright laws be followed and that content is accessible. Read "Copyright and Online Material" and "Are your Files Accessible" for more information about these topics.
