Internship evaluations: The deadline for internship evaluations to be turned in is Oct. 1. Any student who will enter the MAT during the summer, or will do a student teaching experience in the spring or fall, must complete an internship evaluation. The link to forms can be found in the left menu on this page. Completed forms should be given to the Teacher Certification Officer Kathy Malstrom at 350 Graduate Education Building.
PRAXIS requirement: Arkansas law specifies that each application for a teacher's license or request to add an additional licensure area must be supported by the appropriate PRAXIS I and PRAXIS II score(s) as part of their Teacher Licensing Packet. The entire packet is distributed to the candidates in April at a general meeting held at both the Fayetteville and Rogers campus. B.S.E. Global Campus students will meet in the summer at the Global Campus in Rogers prior to student teaching.
