Internship Evaluations
Complete the Evaluation for Internship by Oct. 1 prior to entering the MAT or by March 1 if you are doing a spring student teaching experience or by Oct. 1 if you are doing a fall student teaching experience (MUED, AGED, FACS, ITEC, BUED). This is due to Kathy Malstrom, coordinator of teacher education, kkmalst@uark.edu, Room 117 Peabody Hall.
For students on the NWACC campus, this is due Oct. 1 prior to entering your fall internship. Mail to Kathy Malstrom, 117 Peabody, Fayetteville, AR 72701.
AGED majors not entering the MAT, due date is Oct. 1 prior to summer internship.
Evaluation forms
The student may fill out the top part of the form online, do the "save as" command to make a copy before printing and delivering the form to Kathy Malstrom at 117 Peabody Hall.
