Professional Biography:

Erin T. Hogue holds a master’s degree in legislative affairs from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. She is a graduate of Ouachita Baptist University, Arkadelphia, with a bachelor of arts degree in political science and history. Erin is a member of national, state, and local chapters of the Association of Fundraising Professionals. Prior to her work at the University of Arkansas, Erin worked as finance director, scheduler, and executive assistant to U.S. Congressman Mike Ross, D-Ark., who represents the 29 southernmost counties in the state. She developed and managed fund-raising events for the Congressman in Arkansas and Washington.

Job Duties:

As assistant director of development, Erin is responsible for donor cultivation and stewardship. These activities include identifying potential new donors, cultivation of future and current donor relations, gift solicitation, preparing proposals, and visiting alumni and friends of the College of Education and Health Professions. Erin also supervises the college's scholarship process and oversees the activities and membership of the Dean's Advisory Council.
