Additional Licensure Plan

Click here: Additional Licensure Plan (ALP) for instructions to follow after completion of all requirements for an additional licensure plan. Additional licensure plans are for those who currently hold a teacher's license in a standard area and will be teaching out of that licensure area.

You will also need to consult the additional licensure plan rules and procedures set by the Arkansas Department of Education. Your school district will need to file an Additional Licensure Plan form with the Arkansas Department of Education, and the forms may be downloaded from the bottom section of this part of the state's Web site.
