Subscribe to Daily Headlines to Keep Up with Campus News, Events

For those of you who are new to the University of Arkansas campus -- and those who aren't but never have gotten around to it -- I wanted to be sure you're aware of the opportunity to learn about what's going on across campus by subscribing to Daily Headlines.
When you subscribe to Daily Headlines, which Compass Points is patterned after, you receive an e-mail every weekday with links to announcements, news releases, reminders about services, events and many other tidbits of information. You can scan the e-mail quickly to see whether there are any topics you want to know about. To subscribe to Daily Headlines, go to dailyheadlines.uark.edu/ and click on Subscribe to Daily Headlines partway down the left column of the page. From there, you'll see instructions.
Faculty and staff members (as well as students) can submit items directly to Daily Headlines, too. For that, click on Submit Info, which is about two-thirds of the way down the left-side menu. A form will come up for you to fill out to submit your item. Generally, if you submit an item before noon, it will appear in Daily Headlines the next day, but that's not guaranteed.
