This scholarship is an award from the Fayetteville Branch of American Association of University Women (AAUW) for women students who have professional promise. Applicants are evaluated on the basis of their overall academic record, leadership experiences, character and financial need. The award rotates each year among the colleges and schools at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. The 2008-2009 award is designated for a woman student in the College of Education and Health Professions. The amount of the award is $1,200.

Instructions to Apply

1. Complete the entire application (download the form) and return it by Friday, April 18, 2008 to:

2. Arrange for three letters of reference to be mailed to the above address no later than April 18, 2008. Please use copies of the attached reference form.
