Professional Biography:
Mr. Carter has taught drafting and design, architectural drafting, graphic design and pre-engineering (Project Lead the Way) classes at the high school level. He is also certified in English as a second language.
Mr. Carter is the president of the Arkansas Association of Skilled and Technical Sciences and serves on the executive board of the Arkansas Association for Career and Technical Education.
