      2. Graduate Course Change Proposals (Table B1 - B4)
      3. Undergrad/Grad Swing Course Proposals (Table C1)
    2. Proposed program changes (name and requirements) in the Department of Rehabilitation, Human Resources and Communication Disorders. From Counseling M.S. - College Counseling to Counseling M.S. - Student Affairs and College Counseling. (Table 1, Attachment A1) Approved Unanimously
    3. Proposed program changes in the Department of Rehabilitation, Human Resources and Communication Disorders. Concentration in Vocational Education in the M.ED. in Workforce Development (WDED) to be eliminated. (Table 2, Attachments B1 and B1a) Approved Unanimously
    4. Proposed program changes in the Graduate School in the Public Policy Ph.D. to add a new concentration (or specialization) within the PUBP program.The new concentration will be called Policy Studies in Aging. (Table 3, Attachments C1 and C1a) Approved Unanimously
    5. Proposed program changes in the Graduate School to add a new Graduate Certificate in Preparing for the Professoriate. (Table 4, Attachments D1 and D1a) Approved Unanimously pending justification in section VI of form 1622.20a is completed by the Associate Dean of the Graduate School, Dr. Pat Koski.     6. Proposed program changes in the Graduate School to add a new Professional Science Master in Sustainability Analysis. (Table 5, Attachments E1 and E1a) Approved Unanimously
    7. Proposed program changes in the Department of Curriculum and Instruction. Elementary Education Bachelors of Science degree. (Table 6, Attachment F1) Approved Unanimously
    8. Proposed program changes in the Department of Health Science, Kinesiology, Recreation and Dance. HLSCBS, KINSBS, RECRBS. (Table 7, Attachments G1, G2, G3) Approved Unanimously
    9. Proposed program changes in the Department of Curriculum and Instruction. Master of Education degree (EDUCME). (Table 8, Attachments H1 and H1a) Approved Unanimously
    10. Proposed program change in the Eleanor Mann School of Nursing. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). (Table 9, Attachment I1). Approved Unanimously
    11. Proposed program change in Kinesiology: Exercise Science Core for Concentrations II and III. (Table 10, Attachment J1). Approved Unanimously
    12. Proposed new program in the Department of Curriculum and Instruction. Master of Education in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Cultures (Table 11, Attachment K1). Approved 9-1 pending promised changes by the Associate Dean of the Graduate School Dr. Pat Koski and attendance at the November Graduate Council Meeting by Drs. Felicia Lincoln and Michael Daugherty to explain the program and answer any concerns raised by the Council.

    16. Proposed program change in CIED. Master of Education in Special Education (SPEDME) (Table 15, Attachment O1).Approved Unanimously
