Kerron entered the field of Adult Education in 2002. She began her career with Workforce Alliance for Growth in the Economy WAGE at Monticello Adult Education Center. Since then, she has worked as a trainer, coordinator and director of various programs focusing on under-served/at-risk populations. She is certified to facilitate trainings in early childhood programs, career development, and foster care/adoption. In addition to her position as the Regional Director of Arkansas PROMISE--Southern Region, she is a part-time trainer for UALR MidSOUTH Training Academy.
