Jim Maddox, an Instructor in the Human Resource Workforce Development program, joined the University of Arkansas in the fall of 2019.  Prior to this Jim was a tenured full professor at Friends University in Wichita, Kansas.  He has over 25 years of experiencing teaching and consulting and working in the field of H.R. and Organizational Development and Change.
