A Greeting to Students

We Welcome You

Greetings to all! Thank you for your interest in our College of Education and Health Professions. As one of the largest academic colleges at the University of Arkansas, we have a lot to share with you.

Discussion at Honors Symposium, June 2019

On the pages and through the links throughout our website, you can learn how to become a nurse or teacher, a counselor or athletic trainer, and many other areas of study.

You also will find information throughout the website on the fantastic faculty and staff who work here, and their impressive accomplishments and qualifications. Some of our faculty members research hydration and concussions, while others study play therapy and human capital in the workplace. With nearly 200 faculty members, you will find our community to be an engaging, respectful environment that will support your curiosity and interests.

Please enjoy the resources and materials throughout our website, and feel free to contact us to let us know how we can help you take full advantage of the College!

Our largest undergraduate degree programs are housed in kinesiology, nursing, and curriculum and instruction (teacher education). Please take time to look at the rapidly growing recreation and sport management program and communication disorders program. Many of our graduate programs are nationally ranked and are offered in on-campus and online formats. We are here to make it possible for students to succeed with excellent teachers in state-of-the-art classrooms and other facilities. You will find our faculty and staff eager to answer your questions about what they do and what they can do for you.

The latest news about the college is published in the online Colleague Magazine. The members of the dean's office hire faculty and staff, manage facilities, raise funds, and build a cohesive college community through publications and presentations. The Leadership Directory summarizes duties and lists administrative personnel and how to reach them.

Please feel free to contact us with any questions!
