Technology Services
The college's technology staff provides support services to hundreds of faculty and staff in 14 locatiions and maintains over 4,000 computers and laptops as well as other electronic equipment.

Internet Access
The fastest, most secure Wi-Fi network on campus is UARK Wi-Fi. Select the network on your device and log in with your UARK username and password. Visitors can connect to UARK Guest Wi-Fi, and those from participating institutions can use eduroam.
Support and Resources
Generally, obtain support on electronics or request additional resources with the online ticketing system at help.uark.edu, which requires your uark email and password.
For electronics issues within the college, email the details to edhphelp@uark.edu, which will create a similar support ticket. You also can drop by our office, 348 Graduate Education, or phone 479-575-6262.
Web-Based Instructional Services
- Courseval is the university's assessment tool for student evaluations of classes and faculty.
- Echo360 Lecture Capture records class sessions for faculty then can be shared in Blackboard.
- Qualtrics Online Surveys is used for research or administrative projects.
- Common Data Set is a collaborative effort in the higher education community, at the university housed in the Office of Institutional Research and Assessment.
