Faculty and Staff Resources
The Office of the Associate Dean for Administration provides financial, human resource and information technology support for faculty, staff, students and departments/units in the College of Education and Health Professions. In addition, the OADA also oversees and manages repair and improvement projects for the college's facilities. Our office's goal is to provide seamless and timely assistance to the college's employees.
Human Resources
Human resource support include maintaining personnel files, payroll assistance, request for new positions or position upgrades, hiring process, annual evaluation process, promotion and tenure process, onboarding new employees, summer teaching and non-teaching activity, and various personnel reports.

Financial support include budgetary management, student scholarships, procurement, travel processing, and assistance related to additional financial functions.

Information technology support include servicing IT issues, inventory/surplus of hardware, planning for future software/hardware upgrades, the evaluation of new software purchases, and the ongoing review of all software and hardware to prevent security threats.
Information TechnologyFacilities
College facilities include multiple buildings on and off campus. The Office of the Associate Dean for Administration monitors issues that arise in these spaces and provides assistance as repairs are requested. In addition, the college develops and implements long term plans for future expansion and in turn manages the renovation of facilities.
